Terms of Service
These terms are published in English only, so that their meaning does not depend on a translation.
About these terms
Fatura Sahla is published by VanGiza, a company registered in the Netherlands. These terms cover your use of the Fatura Sahla service on the web, on Android and on iPhone and iPad. On iPhone and iPad the app itself is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Questions: fatura-sahla@vangiza.com. These terms are published in English only, so their meaning never depends on a translation.
Open trial
You are in an open trial: every feature is free while it runs, and it runs for at least two months from the day you created your account. We will tell you at least 30 days before anything changes — after the trial, pricing will change and some features may move to a paid plan.
What Fatura Sahla is not
Fatura Sahla helps you get ready for e-invoicing. It is not an Accredited Service Provider and does not send invoices to the tax authority on your behalf. Nothing it produces — completeness checks, warnings, VAT treatments, generated documents or exported files — is tax, accounting or legal advice, or a determination that you comply with any law or standard. You remain responsible for your own compliance and for the accuracy of everything you send.
Your account and your data
Your invoices, customers, suppliers and business records belong to you. We process them to run the service for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy. You can export them at any time, and you can ask us at fatura-sahla@vangiza.com to close your account and delete them. Keep your account credentials safe. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content; we may suspend access for material violations.
Provided as is, and our limited liability
Fatura Sahla is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that its output will meet the requirements of any authority. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, business or data, or for any fine, penalty or assessment imposed on you. Our total liability for all claims is limited to EUR 50.
Changes, ending, and governing law
We will post material changes on this page at least 30 days before they take effect, with a revised date. You can stop using Fatura Sahla at any time; we may end these terms on 30 days notice, or immediately if you materially breach them. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
