E-invoice-ready with near-zero overhead
Your invoices live in a notebook at the counter, a spreadsheet at month end and a WhatsApp thread with the driver. That is where almost every small business starts.

Meet you where you are
Written notes, spreadsheets, field staff at an exhibition. A computer, a phone, a tablet, or a simple phone with WhatsApp. English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or a mix on the same team. E-invoice readiness is not a new office and a new language. It is the same people, putting the same sales into named slots so a later provider can transmit them.
If your driver photographs a delivery note, that photograph has to become a record with a buyer, lines and a date. If your accountant lives in a spreadsheet, that sheet has to become the same record. If a salesperson only uses WhatsApp, the invoice still has to come out complete. The channel is not the standard. The record is.
Step 1 — business details, once
Legal name, address, emirate, tax numbers, bank account for credit-transfer invoices. Enter them once. Every later invoice reuses them. This is the seller block in PINT-AE. Doing it once in the last week of June 2027 is how teams miss a live date. Doing it this quarter is a quiet afternoon.
Step 2 — customers and products, once
Each customer: name, address, TRN or TIN. Each product: description, unit, price, VAT category. The second invoice to the same buyer should not start from a blank page. The forgotten buyer address is the field that fails validation most often. Store it when you first sell, not when a provider rejects a file.
Step 3 — capture invoices however they arrive
Type them. Photograph the paperwork. Bring a spreadsheet across. Send a WhatsApp image. The goal is one record per sale, not one folder per channel. A notebook that never becomes a line item is not a record the Federal Tax Authority can retrieve. Capture is the habit; the format can wait for the provider.
Step 4 — let the check say what is missing
A human-readable check that names the missing field beats a silent PDF. If the buyer address is empty, you want that sentence in the language the person at the counter reads. Fix it before the live date, while the customer is still answering the phone.
Step 5 — hand data over when the rules ask
When you appoint an Accredited Service Provider, you hand over complete files, not a reconstruction project. Export XML on demand. You are not the provider. You are ready for one.
What it costs
The app is free during the trial. The commitment is in the terms of service. Near-zero overhead means no new headcount and no new language for the team — not that every future provider invoice is free. Compare provider pricing when you appoint; that is a 2027 conversation for most small businesses, and a separate bill from getting the records in shape now.
Questions owners ask
Do my staff need to read English?
No. The same work can be done in Arabic, Urdu or Hindi. The person who writes the invoice should not have to be the person who reads English.
Can a salesperson at an exhibition invoice from WhatsApp?
Yes. Capture the sale from the phone they already have, then complete the slots — buyer, lines, date — so the record is more than a chat photo.
Do I need a computer?
No. A smartphone or a tablet is enough. A simple phone with WhatsApp can start the capture. A computer helps for spreadsheets; it is not a requirement.
How Fatura Sahla helps
The app does the five steps: store business details once, store customers and products once, capture invoices however they arrive, name what is missing, and hand data over when the rules ask.
We meet you where you are, and get you e-invoice-ready with near-zero overhead.
Your sales live in notebooks, spreadsheets and sales people in the field
Photograph the paper, import the sheet, or type it in. Every path ends in one complete record, checked in plain words.
A computer, a smartphone, a tablet, or a simple phone with WhatsApp
Works in the browser and on Android and iPhone. Send an invoice photo to WhatsApp and get the finished PDF back in the chat.
A team that reads English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or a mix of them
The app, the WhatsApp replies and every check speak all four. Invoices print in English or Arabic, whatever the team uses.
Fatura Sahla helps you get ready. It is not an Accredited Service Provider and does not send invoices to the Federal Tax Authority. This article is general information, not tax advice.
